Retail packed products are sent to our rip and tip facility in Lancashire where they are taken back to bulk format, eliminating the risk of any products appearing back on the market for sale.
We understand how sensitive this is and give a guarantee no products will be re-sold in packed retail formats.

All ingredients go through rigorous tests to ensure they are fit to be sold.
Products we cannot use and are not fit for purpose are sent to green renewable energy.
This also includes packaging.
